The political life of Africa
In the majority of the African countries there is a complex, at times a disputed and long process of democratization of political life, the process of building of bases of civil society. It is connected with the reform of a state structure system, transition from authoritative (a regime of a personal authority) forms, as a rule, military board to presidential republic that assumes dilating political democracy, injection of multi-party political system and free elections by citizens of the country of the legislature body of the country - the parliament.
The cessation of military confrontations, the creation of the conditions for economic revival and increase of efficacy of the foreign help to the African countries are at the present stage the key problems in the system of foreign policy priorities of global development. But the scheduled positive alterations on all listed directions do not remove from the agenda many other questions on which the decision formation of perspective tendencies of wide international interaction in Africa and around of it will depend. It is represented, that in the near future the world community will address to more active search of regional decisions of demographic, ecological, of power and of some other problems of the African continent.
